ReviewBuddy ("we", "our", "us") is operated by ReviewBuddy, Bengaluru, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at reviewbuddy.online (the "Service").

- Account data: Name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide during sign-up.
- Business data: Business name, location, branding, campaign settings, and configuration.
- Customer session data: Ratings, question answers, and optional private feedback submitted by your customers via QR flows.
- Usage data: Log data, device information, IP address, and analytics events for improving the Service.
- Payment data: Handled by our payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To generate AI-drafted reviews based on customer input.
- To send transactional emails (invoices, password resets, service updates).
- To improve product functionality and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, process, or transmit data on our behalf (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI providers).

We retain your data as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we permanently delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
