Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewBuddy (the "Service"), operated from Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reviewbuddy.online of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis at ₹1,999/year (plus applicable taxes).
  • A 7-day free trial is available. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account will be paused.
  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to solicit fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews in violation of platform policies (Google, Zomato, etc.).
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law.

ReviewBuddy is a tool to help businesses collect genuine customer feedback. Violations of third-party platform policies (e.g., Google's Prohibited & Restricted Content) are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

ReviewBuddy owns all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload (business data, logos, customer responses). By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Reviews drafted by our AI are suggestions based on customer input. You and your customers are responsible for reviewing and posting them. We make no guarantee about their accuracy or acceptance by third-party review platforms.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBuddy's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
