What is ReviewBuddy?+
ReviewBuddy is a mobile-first review growth platform for any business. Customers scan a QR code, share their real experience through simple ratings, text, or voice, and ReviewBuddy helps them turn that input into a polished review they can post on Google, Zomato, Justdial, Practo, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Are the AI-assisted reviews genuine?+
Yes. ReviewBuddy never invents opinions or fabricates experiences. Every AI-assisted draft is built only from what the actual customer typed, spoke, or rated in their own session. The customer sees the draft, can edit any word, and then chooses whether to post it.
Do you write fake reviews?+
No. ReviewBuddy does not create, buy, incentivize, or automate fake reviews. Fake reviews violate Google, Zomato, and most platform policies — and they are explicitly prohibited under our Terms of Service.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
How much does ReviewBuddy cost?+
Annual plans are One Business ₹1,999, Two Businesses ₹2,499, Three Businesses ₹2,999, and Five Businesses ₹3,999 (plus applicable taxes). Billed once a year. You can upgrade any time.
Which review platforms are supported?+
Google, Zomato, Justdial, Practo, TripAdvisor, MakeMyTrip, Trustpilot, Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and custom URLs. You can pick one primary destination per campaign and add secondary platforms as small icons.
Which languages do customers get?+
The customer-facing review flow supports English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, and Bengali. Customers choose their language before answering the questions, and the AI-assisted draft is generated in the same language.
How does voice input work?+
Customers can tap the mic and speak instead of typing. Voice notes are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper and the transcript is used as input to the AI-assisted draft. Nothing is posted anywhere until the customer taps to submit it themselves.
Can I manage multiple businesses from one account?+
Yes. Depending on your plan (1, 2, 3, or 5 businesses), you can add multiple workspaces from your dashboard. Each business has its own logo, name, colors, links, campaigns, locations, and analytics.
Can I have multiple locations under one business?+
Yes. Every business supports multiple locations (branches). Each campaign can be scoped to a specific location, and you can override the Google review URL per location.
Do you handle private feedback?+
Yes. When a customer leaves a low rating, ReviewBuddy routes them into a private feedback flow instead of asking them to post publicly. You see the feedback inside your dashboard so you can respond directly.
How do I get support?+
Email info@retentionscale.com for anything — plan changes, technical issues, invoices, or product questions. We typically respond within one business day.
Can I get a refund?+
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including how to cancel and stop future renewals.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, and every business is isolated using row-level security in our database. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Is ReviewBuddy affiliated with Google, Zomato, or Meta?+
No. ReviewBuddy is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Zomato, Justdial, Practo, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.
