Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ReviewBuddy subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans purchased at reviewbuddy.online.

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your workspace is paused (your data is retained) and you can subscribe later to resume.

2. Annual billing

  • Paid plans are billed annually in advance.
  • Plans: One Business ₹1,999, Two Businesses ₹2,499, Three Businesses ₹2,999, Five Businesses ₹3,999 (plus applicable taxes).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is added where applicable and reflected on your invoice.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription any time by emailing info@retentionscale.com from the email address registered on your account. On cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next term.
  • You keep access to your paid features for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Your data is retained according to the Privacy Policy so you can resume later.

4. Refunds

Because plans are billed annually and unlock feature access immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or in the limited cases below.

We may issue a full or pro-rata refund in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge: You were billed twice for the same plan for the same period.
  • Extended service outage: A verified ReviewBuddy outage prevented meaningful use of the Service for a significant portion of a billing period.
  • Legally required: A refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection law.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@retentionscale.com from your account email with your order reference, plan name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank and card network.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved.
